Orchestra Pit Netting

This project required a custom safety net to protect both the performers on stage from the leading edge of the stage, but also to protect the orchestra members from a performer. Because the orchestra pit stage raises and lowers for performances, the client required that the net be able to be installed and removed quickly. The structural components were designed out of lightweight aluminum and then custom powder-coated in matte black to be invisible to the audience.
