Interior and Exterior Fall Protection

The interior waterfall required the design of a twin tie-off system designed for low fall clearances so that maintenance crew could gain full access to the waterfall and pool system.

We designed a horizontal lifeline system around the perimeter of the building exterior so that groundskeeping maintenance would be protected from the steep slopes and riverbank.

A horizontal lifeline system was designed in the loading bay to permit staff to safely load and unload equipment.

We designed and installed a permanent anchors used in conjunction with temporary lifelines for the cleaning, maintenance and repair of the glass panels in the atrium area.
